Receptionist - Cardiff

Receptionist - Cardiff Future Inn Cardiff is currently looking for an experienced Hotel receptionist. The normal working shifts are 7.00am-15.00pm or 15.00pm-22.00pm, but can vary depending on the needs of the business. 25 hrs per week GBP7.50per hour Key responsibilities of the Receptionist will include: Excellent written and spoken English Checking guests in and out according to the hotel standards Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties Handling reservation enquiries Outstanding attention to detail Acknowledging regular guests and VIPs and their requirements Cashiering Duties, reconciling banking at the end of each shift Ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times The ideal candidate for the Receptionist position should: Have previous experience as a Receptionist within a hotel environment Have excellent telephone manner Be a team player Be eligible to work within the UK on a full time basis
