Position description
CNC Setter /Operator
We take the time to understand our client and candidates needs so that we are able to help those looking to hire and those looking for work.
We are currently working in partnership with a company who work within the medical industry. At present due to rapid growth and expansion our client is looking to take on a time served CNC Setter to work their night shift. As part of the engineering/manufacturing team you will be a skilled and experienced Setter. You will be required to set and operate the machine with a minimal supervision.
We are looking for a CNC Setter - who ideally has the following skills:
At least 1 years' experience setting CNC Machines
Understanding of how to read engineering design drawings will be an advantage.
Setting and running CNC machines, producing finished components to the highest standards
Using own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Able to approach work with a degree of flexibility due to the varied workload
To work as part of a larger team
Hours of Work: Pitman shift
