OFFICE MANAGER

Wycliffe College is a large Independent Day and Boarding School located on a beautiful campus in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

We are seeking an Office Manager who will lead and manage the Senior School Office team, including Reception, co-ordinate the administrative support function and act as key point of contact for the School’s three Deputy Heads (Senior, Pastoral and Academic). An open and approachable attitude to parents, pupils and staff is essential.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have strong planning and organisational skills and be articulate, well-presented and professional in approach.

Working hours for the role are:

Term-time (34 weeks per annum)

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a 1 hour daily lunch break

Plus 8 Saturdays per academic year from 8.30 to 12.30pm (to suit the needs of the College e.g. Open Mornings)

School Holidays (18 weeks per annum)

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 2.00pm

Annual Leave must be taken during School Holidays

The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum.
