Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Fitter

Commercial Building Company covering London and the M25 is looking for experienced maintenance engineers / handypersons with skills in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering etc, within the commercial industry.

Requirements

The candidates must have at least 5 years experience in the industry due to the works required from our clients, work must be to a extremely high standard. Candidates must have a good knowledge of H&S and hold a valid CSCS card. The candidates must speak very good English and also hold a full UK driving licence for at least 5 years.

You will be given a number of jobs to do during the day, normal working hours are 0800-1700 but some days you will be required to start earlier/finish later, must be prepared to work some weekends and evening, overtime is always available. All tools will be supplied by the company.

This is a full time position with immediate start. This job is based upon a 12 month trial period.

The starting salary will be £31,000 - £36,400 per annum (equating to £120 - £140 day) depending on experience and qualifications. This will be reviewed after an initial 12 months Probationary Period. After 12 months, this will be reviewed dependent on levels of skills and quality of workmanship demonstrated.

After the initial probationary period a work vehicle will be supplied along with a work telephone, Fuel Card etc.
