Exeter College continues to lead the way in the recruitment and training of Apprentices. Focus on our work with Employers has never been higher and we are delivering a wider range of services and Apprenticeships than ever before. Delivery of outstanding customer service and effectively engaging with our network of employers is something we take pride in.

Our work has picked up national awards and with the funding reforms gathering pace we are looking for outstanding staff. If you would like to be part of this team and take an active role in networking, supporting young people into employment as Apprentices and exceeding customer expectations, then we would welcome you to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and preferably of working for a training provider. You will have excellent customer facing skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels. This role would suit someone who is tenacious, target driven, confident in presenting and has excellent sales and organisational skills. You must be able to effectively manage your own diary and have the ability to work remotely; the full support of an established central team will be available.

The role will predominantly work out of our Aplus Training office in Plymouth, but will involve travelling to Exeter one day per week for meetings (occasionally more).

For an informal discussion about the role please contact Morven MacLean, Apprenticeship Recruitment Coordinator on 07917 561895.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Sunday 29th October at midnight.

Exeter College is committed to promoting equality of opportunity and access for all, irrespective of age, background, race, gender, religion, ability, disability or sexuality. We welcome applications for employment from the whole community.
