We are seeking a confident, skilled and reliable professional to join London South Bank University's Security Office team. You will be based in the University's Security Office. Your duties will mostly be administrative tasks.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff and visitors. You will be issuing University ID cards and keys; administering the University's lost and found property system; logging building and system faults through the Estates Service Desk, recording security incidents and dealing with enquiries.
The post holder will also be tasked to update access control locks,occasionally change cylinders in manual locks, complete key system audits and assist with enrolment ID card stations set up. Full training will be provided.
You will have good communication skills both written and verbal, experience in working in a busy front-of house customer service role. In addition you must have good IT and excellent customer service skills
