Waiter - Cardiff

Waiter -Thomas/Future Inns, Cardiff Future Inns Cardiff Bay are looking for hard working and enthusiastic staff to work in Thomas bar and restaurant including evenings and weekends. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Responsibilities and duties Guest service To deliver service reflecting the spirit of Future Inns To meet guests' needs and expectations. Restaurant Duties To deliver beverages to the guest. To maximise service and sales opportunities in line with the spirit of Future Inns. To clear and clean front of house and service areas to Restaurant standards. To deliver food from the kitchen/food areas to guests. To maximise guest satisfaction Team Member To be an effective team member, able to take on other roles within the team and to maximise own contribution to the team. The Host is required to carry out any tasks and duties which may be required by the management from time to time.
