Salary -GBP.37 per annum (GBP20,137 pro-rata)

An opportunity has arisen for Progress Tutor roles within RNN Group at the North Notts campus at Worksop.

In this position you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring that students have the appropriate support to help them succeed whilst studying at the College. Whilst doing so you will gain significant experience and responsibility in the busy, customer focused Student Support Department. You will be based in Curriculum area, working with staff to support the learner journey.

You will provide pastoral support to students, working with them both individually and in groups to focus on their learning and study skills, enabling them to progress to achieve their full potential.

You will retain and provide information including knowledge and appreciation of courses, activities, opportunities and other agencies that could be drawn upon to provide additional support for students.

You will be required to prepare tutorial materials and ensure effective delivery and promotion of key themes including Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, Personal, Social, and Employability skills.
