Finance Assistant
Required ASAP
Part Time Permanent (Term time only)
10 hours/2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), 39 weeks per annum Grade C £16,363 pro-rata
We are seeking to appoint someone to join our Finance Team. The position may be of interest to someone studying for AAT qualifications. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the finance sector. Key responsibilities will be:
- To assist in the administration of a range of Finance procedures and to ensure that the use of resources is adequately monitored and controlled.
- To undertake the efficient and accurate preparation, input and maintenance of information and data into the financial systems operated by the School in accordance with agreed procedures and regulations.
- To ensure all items on orders have been received correctly in liaison with budget holders.
- Produce financial reports as and when required.
- Provide help and advice to staff, pupils, parents and external parties as and when required in relation to financial matters.
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the level of this post as required by the Director of Business and Finance.
