Due to rapid growth and expansion, our client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Administrator (Lettings). The role is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000. The suitable candidate for this role will is required to have strong experience in either sales, lettings or property background.

Our client is one of the fastest growing and leading independent agents in Leicester.

Sales Administrator - Duties to include:

- Typical day to day Admin duties.

- General customer service duties.

- Manage accounts and statements.

- Manage deposits.

- Manage contractor invoices and payment.

- Liaise with tenants, property vendors, landlords and contractors.

- Office management duties.

- Manage website, internet and other advertising.

- Manage gas safety certificates and other legal requirements.

- Some PA duties.

- Assist Director with admin for property development company

- Excellent communication skills are essential.

- Work with property agents to maximize efficiency.
