Our client is a leading provider of financial education in the workplace for the public sector. It helps employees to understand how to maximise the value of their workplace savings and benefits by delivering financial education.

They currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Events and Corporate Administration Coordinator based in Bristol to ensure the effective administration of both private and public corporate client seminars.  

You will be working closely with internal departments such as the Corporate Project Implementation team, Education Design, Lecturers and Marketing and liaising with corporate clients and their employees.
 
You will provide professional administrative support to the Corporate Project Implementation Team and Corporate Sales, as necessary, in relation to corporate clients and will maintain the seminar database, assist with planning and scheduling of seminar dates, issue seminar invitations and delegate lists to lecturers.
 
Further tasks will include monitoring seminar feedback forms and summary returns, producing data and information, monitoring mailboxes, emailing and telephoning corporate clients regarding seminars, general office duties such as filing, photocopying, printing and binding documents as well as developing knowledge and understanding of the company.
 
They’re looking for someone with sound administration and customer service skills, good communication skills both written and verbal and good organisational skills to prioritise own workload. You will have the ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word and Access.
