Specialist Dementia Adviser
- Salary: £21,962 (pro rata)
- 30 Hours per week (actual £18,824) Plus pension
(Based in Urmston but working across Trafford)
To facilitate access to appropriate care, support and advice for people with dementia and their carers; demonstrating:
- Knowledge and understanding of dementia
- Ability to organise and facilitate groups, evens and social activities
- Experience of one-to-one casework, report writing. IT and social media skills
