Role summary
As a Global HR Projects & Change Manager you will be a core member of our team responsible for progressing critical aspects of our People Management Team and Global HR Operations change agenda. You will lead challenging projects and collaborate with other HR Ops team members, our Global and Regional HR teams, broader global functions (e.g. HRIS, Marketing, Risk, etc) and local HR staff worldwide.
Our global change agenda spans various human capital interventions critical to meeting our growing firm and business objectives. These efforts require a consultative approach coupled with subject matter expertise across organization design; process transformation; change management and data / analytic based methodologies.
Key responsibilities
Your first project will be to work on our Compensation Simplification and Supporting Tools initiative, a critical project to simplify our compensation processes and develop a new tool for bonus and salary increases. You will be a key player on the team coordinating day to day activities and leading the change management work stream. You will spend a significant amount of time partnering with the IT systems team. The role will be integral in supporting the Change Director in preparing and executing key change activities such as stakeholder management, communications, training, and process and tool adoption.
The types of projects you will lead span from helping our organization address growing complexity and regulations to helping us internally transform and embrace new technologies and ways of working. Going forward, this role will be involved in supporting projects to help our team and function continue to build our digital and agile capabilities.
To be successful, you must demonstrate strong project coordination and project management skills; experience in facilitation among diverse stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to effectively team and communicate with internal and external resources at all levels of the organization.
Job requirements
The successful candidate must have all of the following skills, attributes and experience:
Mandatory experience and qualifications
- Extensive Consulting experience from a top-tier firm and/or within a high-calibre HR team
- Educated to degree level;
- Experience managing large-scale projects in support of organizational change efforts;
- Familiarity with professional services companies and business models;
- Proven excellence with project coordination / management and group facilitation, especially across different cultures and related to highly confidential and sensitive topics;
- Advanced skills in creating MS PowerPoint presentations, documentation in MS Word, basic Excel skills;
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization.
