Our client is a licenced water retailer to businesses and other organisations in England and Scotland.  They now have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed individual to join their team that handles operational and service enquiries.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their call centre team based in Dorking. Working within a small team of about 6 to 8 people, you will handle operational and service enquiries, supporting their customers by assisting with phone and email queries about the services provided and the charges made.

Their Customer Service Advisors are at the forefront of their business resolving matters promptly, efficiently and courteously. You will provide advice about the billing, collection of water, wastewater, service charges, consumption and leakage. 

Their Ideal candidate will have worked within a similar busy call centre environment previously, with experience of responding to customer enquiries confidently. Previous experience in the Utilities or Water Industry would be advantageous, along with experience of billing and collections. 

As you will be part of a small team you will be able to work on own initiative as well as within the team. Due to using a variety of contact channels it is essential that you have a good telephone manner and level of IT competency (MS Office skills).
