Pro-Force Limited, an award winning National Recruitment Agency supplying temporary labour to the agricultural, horticultural and industrial sectors, is looking for a committed Account Manager for our client based in the Canterbury area.
The role will be focused on meeting client expectations, ensuring 100% order fulfillment and management of the temporary staff on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
The main duties are as follows
Staff planning and organisation on a daily / weekly basis, ensuring 100% order fulfilment
Prioritising candidate & client suitability for workforce planning and organisation
Organisation of transport, considering costs and availability
Leadership and management of service team to ensure all targets and duties are met
Ensuring compliance with all related legislation and internal standards
Ensuring timely resolution of temporary workforce conduct, performance and absence issues as well as resolution of complaints and pay queries
Meeting all client requirements and standards
The role will require flexibility, and an ability to work independently and implement change and best practice to ensure client satisfaction and fulfillment of KPI's.
The ideal candidate will posses
Proven previous experience in an Account Management or on-site recruitment role
Previous experience in a fresh produce and/or manufacturing role
Previous experience in a team leader / supervisory or management position
Ability to work independently and flexibly
