ERP / CRM Administrator

IT Administrator / ERP / CRM / MRP / IT Support ERP / CRM Administrator Sheffield Up to 28,000 Hays IT have been engaged by a manufacturing company to source an IT Administrator. You will ensure there is effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the business. The candidate will help maintain the ERP system, overseeing departmental use and ensuring the system is kept up to date with correct information. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide comprehensive end user training on internal controls and procedures. Your new role To support the day-to-day running, maintenance, security and improvement of the IT infrastructure Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite including Access and subsequent reports VIA ODBC Develop system procedures in line with advancements in software Oversee setup of IT equipment such as desk top, laptops, mobile phones, desk phones & tablets Provide user support for computers, printers & mobile phones Support on Microsoft applications ERP / MRP /CRM System Management, development of and day to day support -UNIPLAN Stock management and controlling annual stocktake Provide users with support for system compliance Data collection and cleanse Staff Inductions Promote any vacancies for the company and providing interview support Liaising with external support provider Provide support to Senior Managers Negotiate utilities and communications contracts Complete ad-hoc projects as directed What you need to succeed Experience of delivery support service within a manufacturing company Some network infrastructure experience (LAN, WAN Wifi) Essentially must gave a good working knowledge of ERP/MRP business systems, including production, logistics and accounts Experience of office applications including MS Excel essential, MS Access and other ODBC products Ideally the successful applicant will have experience with UNIPLAN or other MRP systems What to do now Call Jon Walters on for more information Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
