A leading organisation in the energy sector are looking for a Hardware Engineer to join their team in the central belt. Can you demonstrate a proven track record of working with analogue design circuits? If so, then you could be the Hardware Engineer that we're looking for. What will you be doing? As a Hardware Engineer, you'll design a range of robust and efficient power circuits and will be responsible for overseeing the simulation of power and control circuits. You'll work on schematic capture and will supervise the PCV design. You'll display excellent communication skills when mentoring and supporting other engineers within your team. Furthermore, your skills will be utilised in order to design switch converters and associated circuitry. If you have the ability to effectively support customer technical requests and enquiries, then you could be the Hardware Engineer that we're looking for. What skills/experience should you have? Extensive experience of working with analogue circuit design and simulation and writing technical reports Ability to design cost effective hardware that's able to be manufactured and to design AC to DC power converters Proven ability to diagnose and debug hardware problems Who will you be working for?
