I am currently working with a growing organisation based in the Yeovil area who are recruiting a new Financial Controller
In this role you will be responsible for all back office accounting functions, weekly and monthly reporting, production of monthly management accounts, year end statutory and group reporting.
Other responsibilities include;
* Maintenance of the financial ledgers and accounting processes in line with Group policies
* Full responsibility for balance sheet control and reconciliations to ensure the financial integrity of the company's management accounts and ledgers.
* Preparation of monthly consolidated UK P&L & Balance Sheet in line with Group reporting timetable
* Preparation of forecasts and budgets
* Cash flow reporting and treasury management
To be considered for this role you would ideally;
* Be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
* Have a strong skill base in Financial Reporting and cash management
* Proven experience producing year end statutory accounts including liaison with company auditors
* Knowledge and experience of tax & payroll
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
