Head of Labs

Our client, who are an innovative, fast growing, and unique cyber security consultancy are looking to hire an experienced Penetration Tester to head up their labs. This is an opportunity to drive forward the labs and shape the internal and external processes. The ideal candidate will still be an experienced and hands on penetration tester that is able to lead projects, but also develop and maintain client relationships and act as the link between the red and blue team operations.

Other responsibilities:

• Lead red team engagements with clients
• Provide support and advice to clients and 23 rd party suppliers on detected security threats
• Take lead and direction for the company in terms of advice around threat intelligence and tools and techniques
• Support the company's incident response capability
• Lead penetration testing engagements and scope out projects
• Constantly aim to improve and develop the quality of services for clients

Skills/Certs:

• OSCP/CCSAS/CCSAM
• CREST CRT / CTL
• Experience with successfully managing and delivering projects on time
• Experience of operating a wide range of standard tools for penetration testing
• The ability to simplify complex technical issues to senior management
