Report to: 1st Line Support
Salary: 25,000
Software Support - Microsoft - Customer - SQL - HTML
Are you level headed, articulate with a customer centric approach toyour job? Are you articulate and able to keep your cool with an iratecustomer on the other end of the phone needing to hit deadlines?
You will need to be proficient with the full Microsoft stack to be ableto understand simple queries coming in from pressurized customers acrossa range of different industries and sectors. We would need you to havegood software support knowledge, if you can programme this is a hugeadvantage and would open doors for you!
We do not expect you to have a huge number of years' experience andthis is not necessary, we emphasise polite, articulate communication ina position where you will be the first contact to represent thisorganisation when their customers most need support.
