We are currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding Manufacturer, who have a national presence and prides themselves on providing excellent customer service, which has proven successful due to their continuous growth in business.

Whilst reporting to the Managing Director your role will be varied and include -
Creation and delivery of appropriate training.
Provide coaching and practical support for line Managers dealing with 1st line HR issues.
Assist and ensure content of employment contracts, statement of terms and handbooks are legally compliant and reflect the company culture and values.
To support and build effective and accurate HR proposals, presentations and reports you will be a confident, experienced and a proactive professional. You must be fully competent with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word. Also be responsible for arranging relevant Health & Safety audits and reporting any housekeeping issues.
As this is an immediate start and within a busy team your proven HR experience is necessary as you will need to think on your feet by grasping the process and system very quickly.

Salary is between £25,000 to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours of work 08:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Holiday entitlement is 20 days holiday plus Bank Holiday
