Temporary Assistant Caretaker
£15,769 per annum | 2-months Fixed Term
We require a Temporary Assistant Caretaker to work with the Estates Team to provide support during a period of staff absence. You will have sound experience of general repair and maintenance work, as well as operation of security alarm, fire alarm, heating and ventilation systems.
A full clean driving licence including Category D1 would be an advantage.
This is a full time position, for two months in the first instance. The hours of work will be 37 hours per week, to be worked between 7.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday, with some weekend working. Flexibility is required.
