Working within our busy office in Cardiff, our Motor Fleet Claims Technicians are given full responsibility for each individual motor insurance claim they deal with.

Claims can range from third party Liability through to Personal Injury and Total Loss, but we`ll give you the training and knowhow to identify the nature of each claim, how to gain as much detail as possible from the claimants and the best course of action to take for our valued customers and clients alike. The role will be at an entry level, so you may have had a taste of handling claims or a healthily appetite to progress your career within this field.

It`s likely you`ll have held a role involving exceptional Customer Service delivery and have previous office experience. If you`re ready to take the next step into motor claims handling then we can also offer you progression in handling the more complex motor claims to further your career, as well as a warm and friendly working environment and insurance exam support.

You will have/will be:

  • Exceptional customer service skills to enable you to deal with Clients, Brokers and Policyholders -training will be provided
  • A positive and pro-active attitude to exceeding client and customer expectations
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • IT literacy
