The ideal candidate will be:
- Computer literate and comfortable with packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Self-sufficient to manage own workload and also assist the management when required
- Confident and have a professional approach both over the phone and face to face
- Punctual, reliable and experienced at working towards and hitting targets
- Familiar with social media including Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Keen to build a career within the company
Job Description:
- Managing the company data, including client lists, sales, acquisitions and appointments.
- Take control and keep on top of social media activity including the company website and twitter.
- Launch regular marketing campaigns to bring in new business and clients.
- Regular follow-ups both over the phone and by email.
- Control the flow of data on a daily basis.
- Salary will be negotiated on experience, with 6 monthly reviews
Background and in property or land for development would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
