Salary: £16,439 - £16,840 FTE (Actual salary 30 hours £11,580.36 – £11,862.84, actual salary 12 hours £4,632.14 - £4,745.14)
Hours: Post 1: 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term time only (September to July)
Post 2: 12 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term time only (September to July)
Post 3: 12 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term time only (September to July)
Monday to Friday, days and times to be agreed.
Must be available between 8.50am and 4.40pm.

Post 3: Enabler (Variable Hours)
Salary: £10.10 per hour
Hours: Variable (up to 30 hours per week but not guaranteed, 38 weeks per year, term time only (September to July). Must be available between 8.50am and 4.40pm and for a minimum of three days per week.

We are looking for a number of proactive, caring and professional people to work as part of our outstanding cross-college Learning Support Team.
Your role would be to provide in-class support to enable learners with specific learning difficulties, disabilities or emotional difficulties to access their teaching and learning opportunities within the classroom environment; to provide individual/ group support for learners experiencing a range of difficulties; occasionally, by agreement, to provide physical support/ personal care.
We would specifically welcome applications from male candidates who are under-represented in the Enabling Team.
Enablers need to be confident in supporting students with Maths and English, and sometimes IT.
