We are looking recruit people that will deliver the highest level of solution-orientated customer care in our new Operations Centre. This role will include operating security alarm platforms and surveillance camera systems. Along with the use of telephony, intercom and radio, car park systems and concierge services.
You will be required to work creatively in an innovative integrated manner in line with the scope and vision of the new Operations Centre ensuring that improved services are delivered to the people of Bristol and beyond.
The right person will have skills in accuracy, excellent communication, customer service, including liaising with the public, internal and external and customers, as well as being able to use their own initiative in solving problems.
The role will include working in an 24/7 emergency critical response environment with the requirement to work across different shifts patterns with options of day and night hours.
