The Company:
Our client has developed specialist software to help them with financial reporting, outsourcing & management.
The Job:
On their behalf, we are seeking a Part time AAT qualified and experienced Finance Assistant, ideally 3 - 4 days per week 10am – 3pm (they are flexible on days). This is a Part time role, fixed term to cover maternity leave until end February 2018.
They role will be to cover all areas of the finance ledger (sales, purchasing and general).
You will be assisting their Financial Controller, Entering PI's, Payments, Credit card reconciliations, Supplier account queries. Then Entering SI’s, Receipts, Credit control, customer account queries, S&M invoices, enter monthly journals, Produce monthly reports, ad-hoc finance tasks, update processes and procedures.
The Person:
For this role, you will need previous finance / accounts experience and be AAT qualified. Looking for a part time role and happy to consider a contract role until February 2018.
