Estate Services Team is dedicated to providing great services to our residents. There is loads of variety as we deal with grounds maintenance, cleaning, landlord’s utilities and working with management companies on our estates.
 
We are looking for an estate supervisor who will be scheme based in Frome and will be responsible for a number of schemes in and around Frome.
 
You will be responsible for some grounds maintenance and cleaning on your schemes.  You will be based at one of the schemes with access to an office and secure storage area for all the tools and consumables required to perform your duties. You must have a full and clean UK driving licence.
 
As an Estate Supervisor, you can expect no two days to be similar. You will be part of a fantastic team of Estate Supervisors and will work very closely with your colleagues to ensure the Estate Services Team continues to deliver an excellent service.
 
You will be the first point of contact for residents and so need to be confident in customer service. You will need excellent communications skills as you will be in touch with residents on a daily basis.
