Quantity Surveyor

Brook Street are currently recruitment for one of the UK's most reputable scaffolding companies. With excellent logistics, an efficient fleet and multiple bases, they now have a Quantity Surveyor position available in Heathrow.

You will hold extensive experience within the Scaffolding industry and be able to support the Head of Surveying and facilitate the profitable operation of the business; running the commercial aspects of allocated projects, including a review of the terms & conditions of the sub contract order, and ensuring that terms & conditions are acceptable to the business; along with agreeing valuations with the client on a monthly basis through conducting detailed site surveys for all allocated projects on a regular basis, and valuing the work completed, and pricing and agreeing variations and additional work , ensuring that you are maintaining an accurate record (paperwork trail) of all work measured, discussions and agreements.

Quantity Surveying experience would be preferred however not essential. More importantly you will have experience in Scaffolding and be looking for a long term career.

Salary ranging from 42k - 52k dependant on experience.
