We are looking for Senior Internal Auditors with experience in a modern Internal Audit function. Use your skills to lead and deliver audit assignments, advise clients on control and assurance matters and support our audit service in this challenging and changeable environment. Strong communication skills and being able to maintain positive working relationships with our clients, colleagues and Elected Members is a key part of the job.

The successful applicants will be enthusiastic and flexible. You will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of audits across the Council's services. You must be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a hard-working and agile team. You will possess the appropriate experience, skills and qualifications to support the delivery of our agreed audit plans. Knowledge and experience of counter fraud and investigations is a requirement for one of the posts.
