Probate Assistant
Our highly successful, progressive and highly reputable professional client conveniently situated in the heart of Leeds, West Yorkshire are currently looking to recruit a Probate Assistant to join their expanding team.
Your duties will include:
* Investigating the value of assets within deceased customer estates and ensuring max recovery for the client
* Liaising with 3rd parties, including executors, solicitors and next of kin in writing and verbal
* Work to and achieve all internal and external SLA's
* Adapt your approach based on the needs of each individual case
* Adhere to client requirements
* Comply with regulatory and ethical standards
You will need to have debt recovery experience within a volume, process driven environment. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident using MS Word and Excel. Additionally you will need a clean credit score to apply.
