We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technician to join an award-winning multi-disciplinary architectural practice based within Bedford, Bedfordshire.

You will be the individual who is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of the design, planning stages, production of the construction documents/ plans and specifications for a variety of exciting residential projects throughout the UK.

For this Architectural Technician position you must:

• Be very CAD 'savvy' with an excellent eye for detail
• Have experience within the UK as an architectural technician, working on a variety of residential projects
• Ideally you will have good hand drawing experience however this is not essential
• Be able to hit the ground running within a multi-disciplinary team
• Have excellent working knowledge of AutoCad
• Have sound knowledge of UK building regulations
