Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent
Overall purpose of the job:
Lead the digital transformation of the marketing function - devise and implement digital marketing strategy and tactics encompassing website, email, social and online advertising as well as all other digital platforms.
Work closely with content, vertical, product and design teams to optimise digitally led campaigns being the lead adviser on best practice, optimization, conversion and marketing automation.
Key responsibilities for this job:
Lead the digital transformation of the marketing function: launching digitally-led initiatives, marketing automation and lead scoring and nurturing
Oversee digitally-led marketing initiatives working closely with marketing, content and design teams and deliver value adding lead generating/brand building activity
Lead the development of lead scoring processes in including content delivery and marketing automation
Own and manage execution and optimisation of the lead scoring model
Website optimisation: ensure KPIs are met including bounce rates, conversion rates, MQL generation and SEO performance and ranking
Plan and execute SEM and PPC campaigns ensuring targets are met
Manage social media platforms, advise on best practice and develop brand engagement and reach
Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the marketing function
Management and development of digital team
Weekly and monthly KPI reporting to key stakeholders
Knowledge and experience required:
SEO – advanced experience in managing & executing SEO practices in B2B
Demonstrable expertise in PPC and other paid advertising campaigns
Social media: developing brand presence and engagement – paid and organic
Indepth expertise in marketing automation – Pardot/Hubsot/Marketo
Experience with building and managing lead scoring models for B2B
Web analytics - Analysis and evaluation
Experience owning and using a CMS is essential (Joomla a bonus)
Data strategy and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)

In-depth experise in marketing automation - Pardot/Hubsot/Marketo
Advanced expertise of SEO, PPC and Social Media (at B2B level)
