My client is looking for a highly efficient and empathic care Co-Ordinator to join their team based in Hove. The main responsibility for this role is to be first point of contact to all patients / careers who are calling in and to organise their treatment / care plan.

Main Duties;
* Answer all calls in a timely and professional manner
* To provide excellent service ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality at all times
* Ensure all procedures are carried out in line with regulations
* Provide all administrative support to team and managers, filing, scanning & data entry etc
* To be involved in the recruitment and staff training of carers
* Updating in house software

The ideal candidate;
* Be highly empathetic
* Clear and calm telephone manner
* Able to work under pressure and be highly organised
* Happy to occasionally work on call and on a staff rota
