Contract: Zero Hours Contract
Salary: ?5.60 - ?7.50 Per Hour (subject to qualifications and experience)
Our Treetops Nursery in Weston-Super-Mare is looking for Bank Staff. Bank staff are a crucial part of the nursery team as they provide support ensuring that all children receive exceptional care. We are looking for Bank Staff who are professional and passionate and share our vision of providing exceptional childcare.

Key responsibilities:??
To have a clear understanding of their role and the role of other members of the team
To share information with other staff in a timely manner?
To work together to ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the nursery
To be an integral member of the nursery team providing high quality childcare
The skills set & experience:
Commitment and dedication to deliver exceptional childcare
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
A sound knowledge of child development?
The ability to work as part of a team
To be flexible when supporting the needs of the nursery
