This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. 

Applications are invited for the post of part-time Learning through Practice (LtP) Administrator within the School of Pharmacy.  The post-holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the undergraduate LtP team in relation to the MPharm programme; ensuring that all relevant administrative systems that support the programme are in place and operate efficiently and effectively.

You will possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent along with an NVQ 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service or extensive equivalent experience.  All original examination certificates must be provided at interview. 

Experience of using Microsoft Office in the workplace particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential as well as being able to communicate effectively with staff and students at all levels both verbally and via electronic resources. Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise a diverse workload are essential in order to be able to accurately process multiple tasks within specified timescales.  The ability to be a team player is paramount whilst also being able to use own initiative when required.  The ability to be able to support occasional weekend or evening work is also essential.
