This post represents an exciting opportunity for to join a team of staff in Keele University’s highly rated School of Medicine.

You will organise and co-ordinate the administration and technical support of Clinical and Communication Skills across all 5 years of the undergraduate MBChB, liaising with academic, clinical and administrative and technical staff across all sites throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire. You will be responsible for the recruitment of Simulated Patients for a variety of users, and will manage a small team of administrative and technical staff based at the UHNM campus.

You will have 4 GCSE Grades A-C, or equivalent qualifications, including English and Mathematics,  A Levels or equivalent in Business and/or Science, a Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent work experience, and IT qualifications with an emphasis on Microsoft Office 2010. You will also have substantial work experience in a relevant role, effective communications, team working, planning and organisational skills, together with experience of supervising staff in a service role.
