This post represents an exciting opportunity for to join a team of staff in Keele University’s highly rated School of Medicine.

You will provide technical IT/AV support to the School of Medicine & wider Faculty’s ICT Services requirements. Mainly based in the David Weatherall building on Keele campus you will occasionally support other locations the School operates within such as Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital Campus and UHNM Hospital Campus either in Stoke or Stafford, as well as Postgraduate Medicine which is based at Keele Hall. You will work as part of the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences ICT Services Team liaising closely with colleagues in Central IT Services.

You will have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades C or above in English Language & Mathematics, or possess equivalent qualifications or experience.  It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar ICT Services support role along with working with Windows and Linux servers and systems. The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff is also essential along with excellent team working and organisation skills.
