Team Leader - Credit Card
Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Chester Business Park
Salary: GBP25,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Team Leader
You will be employed by Ajilon working within a Global Credit Card Customer Service Services department. The Team Leader role is accountable for managing performance of Ajilon staff across the area and supporting the delivery of effective customer service. They are required to engage and collaborate with strategy owners, planning functions and first/second line functions to ensure effective delivery of revenue and service strategies within established KPIs and guardrails. They are accountable for driving performance, coaching, conducting disciplinary processes, recruitment, managing escalated customer issues and supporting resolution of resourcing or service level challenges.
Qualities and Experience:
- Excellent functional knowledge of Customer Service processes and Credit Card products
- Proactively guide individuals and teams to achieve results; accurately assesses strengths and development needs of associates; provides feedback, mentoring, helpful counsel and opportunities for development to help each associate to achieve his/her full potential
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to lead through change
- Highly organised and an ability to achieve multiple deadlines across the month
- Team Player
- Solid Communication skills
- Demonstrable team management experience

Our Chester campus is part of the beautifully-landscaped Chester Business Park, nestled in the Cheshire countryside, and with easy access to the North West, including Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales
Hours:
15 week rota with an average of 35 hours per week over 7 days
Earliest start 7.45am, Latest finish 22:15
