A multi-award winning, top 10 UK insurance company seeks a high calibre Financial Adviser to assist with its ongoing transformation plans.

This prestigious company boasts a turnover in excess of GBP1 billion and has an extremely loyal client base of circa 900,000 customers.

You will provide first-class financial advice covering protection, pensions, investments & IHT solutions. Working with the Agency network, agents and staff within their offices will be acting as introducers from their existing customer base. With access to a range of products & services, fact find preparation support, electronic point of sale technology and paraplanning support, you will have all the tools to help you provide quality advice and write business.

You must be a very strong relationship manager who can quickly establish credibility and earn the trust and confidence of introducers. Equally, you must be highly motivated, with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. It is essential that you are QCF level 4 qualified, with a minimum of 3 years' advising experience.

We are also looking for high calibre, diploma qualified candidates with paraplanning or account management experience who are highly motivated and are looking to transform their career in an advising role with a world class employer.

You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to GBP50K, and a lucrative monthly bonus scheme with realistic on target earnings of GBP100K. In addition, you will have access to one of the most attractive benefits packages in the market, which includes up to 12% employer pension contributions, further bonuses based on company performance, and generous holiday entitlement.

For the right Adviser, guaranteed bonus in year one can also be agreed in order to maintain earnings during the transitional period.
