Independent Options is a registered charity based in Stockport providing support to people who have learning disabilities or mental health needs, to maintain a valued lifestyle.
Our supported living services are constantly growing and developing and we are looking for warm, understanding, motivated individuals to be part of our team.
We want the best staff with the highest standards who can demonstrate a calm, positive approach to people who have learning disabilities and a commitment to enabling them to lead a varied and fulfilling lifestyle. You must have good communication skills and the ability to respond to non-verbal communication.

All positions include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Experience is not always necessary as we provide full training, but a commitment to working with disabled people is. A car driver is desirable as the tenants have their own vehicle. The posts are subject to an enhanced disclosure from the DBS.
