This is an opportunity to join a family owned independent Builders' Merchant with over 150 years' experience in the supply of building materials. Their success has always been based on having a wide range of products available supported by a high level of service from knowledgeable, friendly staff. The role:
Based at their Settle branch you'll be supporting the Branch Manager with everything from meeting sales targets to coordinating all aspects of branch operations.
As Assistant Manager, you'll lead by example and play a key role in coaching and motivating their high performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximising branch sales.
The ideal Candidate will have previous sales experience, ideally gained within a Builders' Merchant environment, as well as previous leadership/team leader experience. It is also imperative that you are self-motivated, organised, and a real team player.

Salary: Competitive depending on experience, minimum £24,000
Hours: Full Time- 7 until 5pm Monday to Friday plus alternative Saturdays 8am until 12pm
