* Maintaining KH anti bribery & corruption related policies, procedures & guidance notes such that they are in compliance with Head Office Instructions and UK, Channel Islands & Gibraltar regulations;
* Providing support, advice and guidance to all KH staff in all anti bribery & corruption related matters;
* Providing support and guidance to the Group Monitoring Unit with respect to transaction monitoring;
* Receiving, investigating and reporting anti bribery & corruption related issues escalated by management or staff;
* Reviewing existing and new account files to ensure that all anti bribery & corruption issues are identified, investigated & documented
* Escalating any identified potential weaknesses in the anti bribery & corruption systems and controls within SGH;
* Completing operational risk control assessments (MORSE, GPS or alternates
* Developing and strengthening relationships with the business heads, relationship managers, operations managers and staff to promote best practice and ensure a good understanding of anti bribery & corruption requirements;
* Identifying anti bribery & corruption related training needs, developing appropriate tools, drafting training decks and the delivery of face-to-face training;
* Designing and implementing a comprehensive monitoring programmes to check that business continues to be conducted in compliance with all relevant anti bribery & corruption obligations; and
* Perform all duties in accordance with the principles outlined in the SGPBH Code of Conduct, as well as the policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities, to ensure that you adhere to a culture that treats clients fairly and focuses on the long term sustainability of client relationships
