Transport Planner

Par Petroleum Ltd are a growing family business based in Houghton le Spring. With a heritage in fuel, our business has expanded from supplying a range of fuels in our region to becoming a respected nationwide specialist logistics provider.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Transport Planner to merge seamlessly with our existing team.

The role

• Routing vehicles
• Producing and processing transport paperwork
• Co-ordinating logistics provision with customers, drivers and partners
• Co-ordinating and maintaining records of driver data, working hours, training  etc.
• Being an active member of all areas of our sales and logistics office

The right candidate

• CPC holder preferred
• Experienced in the transport industry
• A natural multi-tasker who remains calm under pressure
• Can do attitude towards customer service
• Excellent people skills
• IT literate
• Team player
• Good geographical knowledge
