Dutch Speaking Customer service Assistant
The role :
Answering inbound telephone calls from customers, this can be a variety of order taking, catalogue requests, answering general queries or problem solving.
Making outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
Answering queries relating to the website.
Responding to Dutch and English customer calls and emails customer invoice queries.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong people focus
Good voice quality, clear, articulate and have an excellent command of the English language.
Excellent written Dutch and English is essential.
A real desire to deliver excellent customer service and always want to go that extra mile.·Passionate, energetic and self motivated
Prior customer service experience.
