This global health technology business delivers safer, more effective and cost-efficient, diagnostic-led care. This role is based in the development unit in Camborne, Cornwall.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will support the Sales Team in delivering projects to customers in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

This company supplies a Clinical Decision Support Software along with Patient Facing Apps and Point of Care Medical Devices plus Data Analytics for the management of Long Term Conditions.

The majority of their sales are to the NHS via Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) or Health Boards that require project management to roll out their solutions and services across a whole area covering GP practices, hospitals, community services etc.

Requirements

- Relevant Tertiary Education
- 3+ years' experience in a technical project manager role.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments with superior problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Plan, manage and co-ordinate multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Knowledge of complex software systems
- HL7

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for:
- Working with the Sales and Pre-Sales Team to understand what is in their pipeline and ensuring that we set the right expectations with the customers as to time lines and resource required for the project. This will involve customer visits and calls prior to contract signature.
- Once the contract is signed then working with customers to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on time and keeping the customer fully informed at all times of progress.
- The projects could involve one or more of the following aspects:
a) Working with the customer IT team to ensure that all relevant permissions and configurations are in place. Note: Their software is SaaS delivered over the N3/HSCN and so does not require any server installation.
b) Planning Customer Training with the Training Team - we offer both face to face and on-line training.
- Managing Third Party contractors working on projects when applicable.
- Managing goods inwards, stock control and despatching of medical devices.
- This role is likely to evolve to include management and recruitment of a fulfilment team
