Who will I be working with?

Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven professional, who is either newly qualified or an experienced Financial Adviser / IFA, to join the client focused team at Belyn Financial Services Ltd.

Belyn Financial Services is an independent financial advisory practice, established in 2011, which prides itself on providing a high level of service to its clients, engendering long-term client rapport.

What will the role of Financial Planning Consultant entail?

As a Financial Planning Consultant, your main role will be to advise clients about their future financial plans and recommend solutions to support their needs and objectives. You’ll be provided with a certain number of existing clients, primarily situated in the North-West Wales area (Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey), whilst also being required to develop your own client relationships, demonstrating outstanding levels of service at all times.

What will I need to be considered for this Financial Planning Consultant vacancy?

• Either be a newly qualified Financial Adviser/IFA looking to join a practice that provides an excellent opportunity for further career development, or be an experienced, practising Financial Adviser / IFA seeking a new challenge. In either case applicants must hold, as a minimum, a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Professional business manner with superior communication skills.
• High level of commitment to client service.
• Deliver compliant advice and recommendations to a maintainable high standard.
• The ability to speak Welsh is advantageous, although not essential.

What will I receive in return?

Applications are welcome from both employed and self-employed financial planning professionals, hence terms and salary/remuneration would be negotiable.

For an employed adviser position, the salary will be in the region of £24,000 to £42,000 plus performance related bonus, with the salary level dependent on experience and qualifications.

Shared administrative support will be provided after an initial probationary period. The company’s main offices are based in Llandudno (Conwy County, North Wales), however working location to be discussed at interview with potential for some home office working.
