Permanent – 35 hours per week
Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.
Our client is the largest registered provider of social housing, based solely in the North West of England. They are delivering a major transformation change programme, in the way in which they deliver services and how they are structured as a business.
As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping their customer services and supporting their wider operational teams, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their Growth & Regeneration Team.
Reporting to the Head of Development, you will deliver the organisation’s development programme and seek out opportunities in line with the organisation’s development strategy. You will create and maintain relationships with key partners including local authorities, HCA, developers, contractors and agents.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering development projects in accordance with the development programme, on time, to a high quality, with sales and handovers achieved. You will ensure developments comply with all development standards, including the required specifications, space and design standards.
This post will manage the budgets, resources and priorities of the team ensuring effective and efficient use of resources, to deliver agreed performance targets and customer satisfaction. You will drive culture change across the organisation, based on the eight behavioural characteristics.
To be successful, it is essential you have a proven track record of successfully delivering development schemes and programmes of a similar size and proven experience leading a high performing team, within a challenging environment.
