Job Title: Customer Services Advisor
Location: Sheffield, S4
Salary: £15,000 per annum rising to £15,500 on completion of probationary period
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

The company is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time post within their Customer Services Department. The company requires a career driven, professional and motivated candidates of the highest quality to fill these challenging and rewarding roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Being the policyholder's first contact, you will:
- Treat the customer fairly at all times.
- Assist them with the completion of their query.
- Gather and record accurately and efficiently all relevant information, whether presented or asked for.
- Determine the right course of action to facilitate accurate customer outcomes.
The Candidate:
Strong candidates will have a proven track record in Customer Services.
