Full Time

30-40 hours required per week (Maternity Cover to start from October for 6 months-9 months in COLINDALE) Training will be provided.

Preparing VAT returns for five companies every quarter on Sage 50 Accounting Software and submitting to HMRC - PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Bank reconciliation on Sage 50 Accounting Software - PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Dealing with HMRC and other bodies.

Diary management - prioritising key business issues and delegating tasks appropriately to other members of the Company.

Reviewing and editing presentations to ensure accuracy of data, compile and input extracted financial data onto respective spreadsheets.

Conduct research on potential companies/clients.

Responsible to organising all travel arrangements, such as flights, accommodation, visa requirements etc.


Management of inbox by filtering business emails and prioritising more urgent tasks.

Management of expenses and petty cash.

Provide support to the Director's other businesses, which include new funding ventures, property investments in the UK and Overseas.

Organising the Director's personal affairs including banking, payment of household expenses and staff wages.

Vetting potential clients for credit suitability and amending current customer data.

Paying suppliers, banking.

Conduction on research on various tasks as per the Director's instruction.

Day to day office duties to make sure the office is running smoothly- ordering stationary, filing etc.
